INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION

PBM2024 Registration will take you through a series of simple steps where you can select your Registration Type, book a Guest for the Opening Ceremony and/or the Gala Banquet, join a Friday afternoon Hands-on Workshop and/or Educational Course, book your Accommodation, and pay online by credit/debit card or bank transfer. The "bank transfer" option will allow you to pay in full, or even make part payments.

1. REGISTRATION TYPES & FEES

Standard Fees (deadline 30 April 2024)

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

WALT Members
You must be a registered WALT member to qualify for this discount. Please have your WALT Member's certificate ready to upload before you register. Your registration will be confirmed within a few days.
Note that you can become a WALT Member and save on fees before registering for PBM024. See: https://waltpbm.org/

Students
You must be a full-time student. Please have either of the following ready to upload before you register:
1. A letter of support from your program director/supervisor to confirm you are full-time student
2. OR a copy of your University ID indicating you are a full-time student.
Your registration will be confirmed within a few days.

NHS Staff
You must be employed by the NHS between November 2023 - November 2024. Please have a letter from your Clinical Lead ready to upload before you register. The letter should indicate your NHS position and employment status. Your registration will be confirmed within a few days.


3. EDUCATIONAL COURSES AND HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS

You have the option of selecting which Educational Courses (listed below) you would like to attend on Friday afternoon (starting 1.00pm, August 23rd). Their fees are included within your registration.

There are six options:

From 1.00pm-3.00pm
1. PBM Applications - Dentistry/Orofacial Disorder
2. PBM in Musculoskeletal Applications
3. Clinical Trials and Research Methodology in PBM

From 3.15pm-5.15pm
1. PBM for Supportive Care in Cancer
2. PBM in Wound Healing
3. PBM in Neurology

Hands-on Workshops will be announced soon.


4. OPENING CEREMONY, GALA BANQUET & ACCOMMODATION

As an attendee, you are already booked for the Opening Ceremony. If you choose to bring a guest to the opening ceremony, You will be able to book them a seat (£80) during the registration process.

You are not automatically booked for the Gala Banquet. During the registration process you will be given the option of booking a seat for the Gala Banquet (£145)—both for yourself and for any guests you may wish to bring. Note that seats are limited.

We have pre-booked a small number of Superior Rooms at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel from Thursday August 22nd, departing Monday August 26th. Breakfast in included in our accommodation package. You will be able to select a Single (£282 per night), Double (£298 per night), or Twin Room (£298 per night).
